We were in the market for a new phone system and came across Lane Communications in Ocala, Florida. We were shown a variety of phone systems and decided to go with the ESI which had many more features that the others. The ESI cordless phone, that is an extension of our desk phones, are a tremendous benefit as we are out of the office and back in the shop quite often and calls can be transferred immediately and with ease and we don’t miss any calls or have to make call backs.
